- Who makes the artwork/products?
- All of the products are made by Kaiden Jane! Logo was made by our friend, Mayooracha.
- Do you ship outside the US?
- Unfortunately due to the high cost of shipping outside of the US we no longer offer worldwide shipping ;; special cases can be made of course! Just reach out~
- How soon will I get my items?
- Since it is usually just Kaiden fulfilling items, it will take longer than most shops to send out items. It will take up to a week to pack up orders and then they will be shipped out all together. Then it depends on what kind of shipping method you picked! Notifications will always be sent out so you can make sure to see what step of the shipping phase we are on.
- How do pre-order items work?
- Items on pre-order are not available on hand. You are essentially helping me see how many people are interested in an item and how many we need to order from our manufacturer! It helps with the inital production cost too and it will be cheaper than when we sell what's left on hand!
- Help! I lost my package! What do I do?
- Send us an email explaining the situation!! For higher priced items like charms and apparel, those will be required tracked shipping and we will be able to see just exactly where the package is! If it is something stamped for things like stickers or prints, unfortunately there is no way to track where the package could be. We are not responsible for lost mail! After it is dropped off at the post office we are no longer in charge to what happens to it.
- Do you guys accept refunds/returns/replacements?
- Unfortunately, we will not accept returns for things like charms, stickers, or prints. Returns for apparel depends on what was bought, so please reach out to us before hand. We will do refunds depending on what is happening: overpaid for shipping, selected the wrong item (before it is sent out), or doubled an item (before it is sent out). Replacements are only in the case of a damaged package or lost package. Other fees may still apply.
